The product

It does not generate code.

Deterministic, inspectable stages: a part goes in as a drawing and comes out as a machine package, assigned to the right machine — with a human gate in between.

01 · Recognition

It reads a drawing the way a shop foreman reads it.

The DXF is normalised into an intermediate representation and decomposed into features: profiles, grooves, holes, seats, chamfers, threads. Every feature carries a confidence, and below the threshold the system asks instead of guessing.

It picks operations, tooling and cutting parameters.

Operation sequence, workholding, clamping and machining order follow from the geometry and the material. Tools come from the customer’s real crib, not from a catalogue.

The job does not end at the G-code: CNCGen knows the machine park, the job queue and the setups currently mounted. It proposes the right machine for the part, sequences the queue to cut tool changes, and groups jobs that share a setup.
